People tend to ask what our rates our for pasture and lot mowing, and I explain that it is a range, from $85.00 to $90.00 per acre depending on:
If there are lots of rocks and obstacles in the area to be mowed
Difficult terrain that requires additional re-positioning of equipment
Incline: Is it steep or flat?
If there are more dependencies related to rocks and inclines and terrain then the rate typically goes up to $90.00 per hour based on these factors.
You also get:
1. A face to face meeting with me to walk your property and get your specific directions
2. My experience as an owner operator working on your property
3. A licensed, insured and incorporated business to reduce risks to you
4. A clean, level cut, within 12 inches of trees and fence lines
5. No additional fees related to "fuel surcharges", transportation time, equipment minimum operation time.
But, I don't operate a weed eater service.... Unfortunately, that is a service I can't provide at this time.
